Medium speed coal mill is extensively applied in pulverized coal preparation system of power, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, environmental protection and other industries. It is used for grinding bituminous coal, lean coal, anthracite on certain condition, and lignite with high moisture.

Medium speed coal mill adopts the grinding mechanism design of low rotate speed, large roll diameter, high loading force. Compared with the other types of medium speed coal mill, this coal mill has the following advantages:

Beater Wheel Coal Mill is widely applied in large lignite boiler’s super-critical generating unit over 200MW. There are N beater wheel coal mill, S beater wheel coal mill and MB beater wheel coal mill according to the structural characteristic. And now the N and S beater wheel coal mills have been replaced by MB beater wheel mill.

After the various technology absorption and structural optimized design, Beater Wheel Coal Mill has many advantages such as good ability of lifting head pressure, adjustable outlet ventilation rate, longer service life of wearing parts, stabilization of working output. Besides, MB beater wheel coal mill has more extensive adaptation range for coal quality and is more adaptable to lignite with high moisture, high volatile matter and low abradability.

Steel Ball Coal Mill adopts double-inlet & double-outlet coal mill technology through upgrading design for many times. It is mainly used in the coal power plant. Steel Ball Coal Mill is widely used in coal pulverizing system and pulverized coal preparation system of power, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, environmental protection and other industries. And especially it is applicable for negative-pressure pulverizing system of the bituminous coal, meager coal with the poor grindability and strong abradability.

Steel Ball Coal Mill has advantages of less land occupation, low electricity consumption, stable running, reliable performance, better adaptability to the coal quality, easy operation and long life of wearing parts. The coal mill is applicable for storage type pulverized coal preparation system.

Double Inlet and Double Outlet Coal Mill

Double Inlet and Double Outlet Coal Mill

Double Inlet and Double Outlet Coal Mill is primarily applied in pulverized coal preparation system of power, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, environmental protection and other industries. According to the differences of structural characteristic, MGS double-inlet & double-outlet coal mill can be divided into following types: elastic foundation & rigid foundation, separated type & compact type, dynamic and static separator & static separator(axial separator and radial separator).

Double Inlet and Double Outlet Coal Mill has been upgraded in product structure and optimally designed. NHI Group has designed 8 specifications series’ MGS double-inlet & double-outlet coal mill with any combination that can equip 100-1000MW thermal power generating unit. This coal mill adopts structure of screwing winching spool and constraint feeding, which leads to better capability of adaptability for coal quality and preventing the coal from blocking.

The coal mill is easy to achieve supermatic control through the effective supervision of the material and pulverized coal level. This coal mill has a better performance in raw material pre-drying processing and transporting pulverized coal with hot air which lies in low temperature. Besides, anti-explosion security of the product system is very good. It has many advantages such as stable running, reliable performance, better adaptability to the coal quality, easy operation and wearing parts’ long life etc.
